Terms & Conditions

1. Title to all goods the subject of this quote or tax invoice shall remain vested in Jmac Graphics Pty Ltd and shall not pass to {the Buyer} until the purchase

price for all goods the subject of this quote or tax invoice has been paid in full and received by Jmac Graphics Pty Ltd.

Until title to all goods the subject of this quote or tax invoice passes:

2. Jmac Graphics Pty Ltd shall have authority to retake, sell or other wise deal with and/or dispose of all or any part of all goods the subject of this quote or tax

invoice;

3. Jmac Graphics Pty Ltd and its agents and employees shall be entitled at any time and without the need to give notice enter upon any property upon which

all goods the subject of this quote or tax invoice or any part are stored, or upon which Jmac Graphics Pty Ltd reasonably believes them to be kept;

4. {the Buyer} shall store or mark all goods the subject of this quote or tax invoice in a manner reasonably satisfactory to Jmac Graphics Pty Ltd ind icating that

title to all goods the subject of this quote or tax invoice remains vested in Jmac Graphics Pty Ltd; and

5. {the Buyer} shall insure all goods the subject of this quote or tax invoice to their full replacement va lue, and arrange for Jmac Graphics Pty Ltd to be noted

on the policy of insurance as the loss payee.

6. Irrespective of whether title to all goods the subject of this quote or tax invoice remains vested in Jmac Graphics Pty Ltd, risk in all goods the subject of this

quote or tax invoice shall pass to {the Buyer} upon delivery.

Delivery: Delivery charges are not included in the above quote unless stated.

Artwork: All prices are subject to sighting final artwork. Ideally, artwork is to be vector eps, or digital images of 75dpi or greater at final size. Fonts should be

outlined and PMS colour references should be supplied. Due to CMYK printing, all PMS colours will be matched as close as possible.
