Quality and Security
Quality control is an essential ingredient in the production of casino playing cards. Our rigorous quality control starts with preproduction checks on all incoming materials.
During the printing process, we use several control systems. During cutting and packaging procedures, extra steps are taken to reassure the quality of our products. We inspect quality throughout the entire production process, using card counting units, weight checkers and vision systems.
Security is as important as Quality to Cartamundi. We have implemented security procedures and installed state-of-the-art access-control and surveillance equipment to ensure the integrity of your order:

Plastic and Paper Cards
The 100% plastic cards are produced in high quality PVC and internationally recognized for its exclusive formula and special varnish which ensures smooth handling, long durability, soft touch and better performance in shuffling machines.
Cartamundi’s paper cards for casinos are produced in high quality coated paper, non transparent, non-toxic and recyclable.
The cards are made of unique prelinen paper, which reduces friction and increases gliding and durability.
Smooth finish is available on request.
Another advantage is that our cards are compatible with all available shufflers and generic intelligence shoes.
EXTRA SECURITY MEASURES
If you prefer to personalize the decks more for security reasons we can offer a wide range of possibilities:
Customized barcoded cards: We can print a different barcode on each card in the deck. Ideal for online/live casinos.
Invisible ink: We can print a code, batchnumber or logo in invisible ink on every card. Invisible ink can only be seen in ultraviolet light.
Techart faces: These faces are compatible with the three most popular optical scanners: TechArt MAXTime®, No Peek 21® and Hole Card Reader System.
RFID technology: RFID is the most advanced technology for your casino. The chip inside the cards allows you to read the card immediately, without the need for well positioned cameras. Our standard RFID cards are compatible with Mifare ultralight technology and ISO 14443 A standard.
Full design CUSTOMISATION
REGULAR OR JUMBO FACE
Cartamundi casino cards are produced in standard market size: 63 x 88 mm (poker size).
The faces are printed in pantone colors: black, blue, yellow and red. The color red of the card faces can be produced in two different options, casino red and cherry red.
Other sizes and designs can also be offered at an additional cost.
Also, a custom Ace of Spades with your design on it can also be provided.

LOGO CUSTOMISATION
You can personalize the cardback by adding your logo to the design. The logo can be placed in oval, round or square shapes. Logos and/or text should be vectorised.

We offer you a deck of 55 cards.

• 2 jokers
• 1 guarantee card
The guarantee cards and the jokers are partially printed on the back. You can easily see which cards are not playable. On the back of the guarantee card is a number, which garantuees the tracability of your product.

CARD BACK OPTIONS
After numerous years in the casino business Cartamundi has gained experience in creating special casino designs for the card back.
Cartamundi professional team of designers can create a suitable design for you, making sure that both quality and security requirements are fullfilled.
PACKAGING OPTIONS
It’s possible to add a safety seal on each tuckbox.
We can also make custom labels with uique ID/barcode for each carton and pallet. This in order to facilitate card tracking and inventory management.
